/ June 25, 2012I’m generally a calm person, but if something is particularly stressing, one of my cousins long ago told me to count with roman numerals. (I, II, III, IV, etc). If you do it aloud, you’re guaranteed to get a laugh, which calms anyone down. If I’m in need of a long calm time, I long for my cabin in Canada. It’s peaceful by the water in the woods where there’s no phone, internet, or electricity (except by solar power).
