I get by with a little help from buy my friends. On a recent trip to World Market, I found a few more friends to add function and style to our home. This cute owl doorstop had me at “Whoo” and for $6.99, the price wasn’t bad either.
I want to spray paint him for more flare, but I don’t know what color yet. Any suggestions?
Then, I spied these adorable mounted deer head hooks. I intended to use these behind our front door, but they may be too deep.
But, they would add instant charm and whimsy.
The deer were more expensive than I’d usually pay at $6.99 each, but I love the look, so I splurged on two. Ideally though, the deer heads would have been bird heads, similar to these, but with more detail.

Anthropologie has great hooks! We just got a key holder that looks like… a key! It’s great! And it makes me laugh because it reminds me of a line from Modern Family.

I love world market, but I don’t live near one…so I love checking out their website.
I like those deer heads better than the bird heads…so whimsy & fun!
I think the owl door stop looks great as-is, but would also be fun in aqua blue.

hmmm….are the deer heads on the wm website? i can’t find them….
Not to sound like a broken record but… I love the deer hooks too! Unfortunately I do not have a WM near me (upstate NY) and I can’t find them on the website. Any help?
If you’re looking for the deer hooks, I too couldn’t find them on th WM site, but you could call the stre nearest to you, check the availability and see if they could ship them to you.
