It’s no secret that I love Etsy.  I have made a few purchases recently, though none are from my recent favorites post. 

My first buy is from Goose Grease Undone, a shop specializing in unfinished wooden items, ready for you to paint as your heart desires.  I bought family of seven wooden dolls, not to be confused with this wooden doll.  No, I’m not pregnant, but I wanted a few extras, ya know, in the event we have more kids, specifically a girl. 

Anna was super helpful and kind, too.  She let me customize my family to include a pet!  Now, I just have to paint the dolls to look like our family.  I started one, but I’m not sure I like it.  What do you think?

My second recent purchase is from Off The Hook Originals, a shop specializing is cast iron hooks, door knobs and more.  My bird obsession hasn’t shown any sign of stopping, so I snagged this adorable bird hook. 

The bird is so adorable, too.  I love the detail.

Of course, I still haven’t hung it.  I’ll get to that one of these days.
