  1. My favorite easy meal to make is huevos rancheros. I almost always have eggs, beans, cheese, and tortillas in the house, so it’s an easy fix.

  2. I liked emeals on fb and explained it to several friends, and emailed emeals about other diets I would like to see.

  3. I’m already subscribed!

My go-to appetizer is taco dip – make it for most parties now. When we were all younger and sans kids, we called it our drunk dip – we’d all be snacking on it after a very long party night! LOL!

  4. I follow you through my google reader feeds.

Our household go-to meal is Mexican Macaroni & Cheese. It is a simple dish that never seizes to satisfy our taste buds and bellies. Ingredients: 2 boxes Mac n Cheese, taco seasoning, 1 lb hamburger, 2 cans corn, and salsa. All you do is make the mac n cheese to the instructions (I usually leave out the butter since you don’t need it), brown the hamburger and add taco seasoning. Combine mac n cheese, taco meat, corn, and salsa to your liking. YUM!! Maybe I will make it tonight. 🙂

  5. You’re on my Google reader! My favorite easy meal to make is sloppy joes – homemade edition. No fancy ingredients, quick, and you can throw whatever on the side to make it a full meal. Plus, the kiddos love it.

  6. I subscribe to Our Humble A{Bowe}d through e-mail. My favorite easy meal to make is grilled cheese and tomato soup!

  7. Subscribed! Jalepeno popper dip! So easy (cream cheese, parm cheese, cheddar cheese, jalepeno, heated up and topped with bread crumbs and cheese!). Can’t wait for the game!

  8. Sounds like a great plan! Can’t have super bowl without guacamole! I subscribe to your blog on google reader. Thanks!

  9. I follow your blog through Google Reader….and, yes, we’re attending a Super Bowl party. I’m bringing a delicious homemade salsa with chips!

  10. I’m already subscribed through Google Reader! My favorite easy appetizer is guacamole. Just mash those avo’s up and squirt some lime in it. So simple, yet so good.

  11. We like to make chili cheese dip — a can of chili mixed in with melted Velveeta cheese. Very addictive and yummy.

  12. My favorite Superbowl snacks are Grilled Buffalo Chicken Wings, and Spicy Rotel Beef and Cheese Dip. We’re keeping it low key this year…not going to any parties/celebrations, just hanging out at home and watching it while we relax 🙂

  13. I subscribe to Our Humble A{Bowe}d via RSS feed My favorite meal to make is chicken enchillidas that are quick and easy. I shred chicken and combine with sour cream, chillies and chicken broth. Tear up tortillas and mix with chicken and sauce. Cover with cheese and bake.
