  1. I love these prints! The robot is too cute! We’ve been trying some Stress Spray around the office to try and stay calm. I think alcohol does it best!

  2. For me the best way to stay calm is to just make a cup of hot tea and sit down and pray! That help’s so much. Beautiful prints!

  3. Love these prints – too cute!

To keep calm, I run. A lot. (Unfortunately for everyone in my household, I’ve been sidelined by tendonitis in my ankle for the past 3 weeks, so I’m currently a walking mess of pent up energy.)

  4. Love the chocolate one 🙂

To keep calm I snuggle in with my dog or take her for a walk to keep my head clear.

  5. I’m pretty low stress, but when I’m feeling overwhelmed (an even when I’m not!) I love to put some chill vinyl on the record player, crank the volume, and just enjoy the music!

  6. Love the robot and chocolate prints.

Keeping calm (at home) is not my forte, but there are a couple of things that greatly help: lifting heavy weights, and spending time with my dogs outdoors.

  7. Well, if I’m at home, I will love on my furbaby … if I’m at work.. well then I have to count to 10 and try a couple of deep breaths! Doesn’t work all the time… but I keep trying!

  8. That robot print is adorable! Keeping calm is not something I am good at, but a glass of wine always helps.

  9. Cooking calms me since it takes nearly total concentration so I can’t think about anything that’s bothering me.

  10. i like to practice yoga – although i should probably come up with something that i can do in a split second. :))

  11. Cute prints! I especially love the chocolate one, and it suits me to a T! II keep calm by resting on the couch and watching HGTV after a long day as a stay-at-home mom (and also eating some chocolate if I have some in the house).

  12. Love these prints!!! Exercise and play session with the dog….feel the stress leaving my body. Long hugs with my husband and daughter.

  13. I’m generally a calm person, but if something is particularly stressing, one of my cousins long ago told me to count with roman numerals. (I, II, III, IV, etc). If you do it aloud, you’re guaranteed to get a laugh, which calms anyone down. If I’m in need of a long calm time, I long for my cabin in Canada. It’s peaceful by the water in the woods where there’s no phone, internet, or electricity (except by solar power).

  14. I LOVE the robot! I keep calm/relax/unwind by gardening. Something about digging in the dirt, or the methodical plucking of weeds, or maybe its the finished result that calms my frantic self.

  15. I’ll open up the bedroom window to get a nice breeze, pull the blanket up to my chin, and dive into a book. Hours may go by before I feel the need to move from that spot. This way, I can also tune out the little song from my washing machine when it finishes a cycle. 🙂

  16. Love all 3 of these! Normally I go for a hike to destress but witht he weather being so hot I will curl up and read for a while instead.

  17. I love the robot print. I’d put it in my son’s room.

I relax by virtually shopping on Craigs List or loosing hours on Pinterest!
