Remember when I bragged about my cute, totally custom, pet portrait of Jack, made by the talented Kim at Yellow Brick Home?  I think I made several of you envious, but, I think I’ll totally redeem myself with this.  Yellow Brick Home has graciously offered to give away one custom pet portrait!!  Yahoo to cute and free art!

Kim has some serious talent, too.  Check out these samples:

Don’t have a cat or dog?  Kim can paint other furry critters, too, like bunnies.

    I would love to have a couple sheep! 🙂 I love to knit and would liketo have the wool…. really I just want more pets! I’ll have to settle for the quail eggs ym hubby said I could get! 🙂

  9. ha ha “Pet me” ! so funny… a goat would be a fun pet to have. Lawn mowering for me…. he he …. or some chickens. pest control… as in gras hoppers.
    For now i am the proud owner of 2 dogs… and am owned by a hand full of cats.

  12. Pet me! I adore my little Maltese and would love a portrait of her. Though I really wouldn’t want one, I saw a picture of Dali and his giant anteater today and think that might make for an interesting pet. 😉

    i’ve always been a cat person, but my husband and kids are all allergic! so we have a bichon puppy named cosmo…he’s been fighting an infection for several weeks, and seeing him sick really made us realize how important he is to all of us!

  22. Pet me! If I had a lot of land and had someone that could care for it, I would love a horse. If I win this though, I would have to have a painting made for my 3 yr old of his favorite stuffed dog. He would be thrilled!!!

  32. Pet me! I’m a dog person, all the way, and I turn into a puddle of goo for my Mauzer (maltese/mini-schnauzer) named Elliot. I’ve always had big dogs in the past, but Elliot won me over with the cutest face in the world. I would love art of him!

  37. Pet Me! I’d love to add a beagle into our family. We currently have 2 cats, but I’ve always wanted a beagle. I’m not so sure the cats will like it, but we’ll see!

  55. PET ME! I love my kitties, hope to have dogs in the future, but if I could choose ANY animal I would definitely go with a pot belly pig! Call me crazy but they’ve always been my favorite animals. Or a giraffe. Though that would require moving to an apartment with higher ceilings. 🙂

  62. I want a dog SO BADLY!! I’ve never had a pet because my dad’s so allergic to all of them, so needless to say, as soon as I get a house of my own I’m getting a dog! (humane shelter too, of course)

  82. Pet Me! I love her prints, and checked them out for our two sweet pups. We have a westie and a mini schnauzer. Our westie turns 4 on Valentine’s day and the schnauzer is 5- we just adopted her in September, though. Salt and pepper!
