  1. I subscribe!
I was trying to think of the name of different Journalism awards I won in college, but then looked over at my refrigerator… I have a Winner of the Movie Game Award from my friends at work. So I’ll go with that!

  2. Subscribed! My only award was senior year I won a spirit cup at graduation for spirit, scholarship, and service, so cheesy but now I have a giant trophy chilling at my house.

  3. I’m a subscriber. I’ve never won an award except for a ribbon for a coloring contest in 4th grade.

  4. I subscribe! I won MVP for my high school tennis team once. I still think it was because I was the only senior on the team. I mean, how can someone who has never won a match be the MVP? Sympathy vote? I think yes…

  5. I’m a subscriber! In 6th grade I won an award for having read the most books out of anyone in the entire school.

  6. Subscribed! I once won an award in 6th grade- Daughters of the American Revolution Citizenship Award-which made me feel very cool back in the day!

  7. I am a subscriber via email! I was an avid equestrian growing up, so won lots of ribbons in horse shows…that’s about it though! Thanks so much, LOVE those chalkboard drawings – esp the cow!

  8. I would love to win one of the chalk drawings. The only awards I have ever won were for academics in high school. Maybe I peaked too early, but science awards are a pretty nerdy way to peak.

  9. I follow you on Google Reader. I won Ms Lyndon (the town I grew up in) when I was 11. Basically I got to ride in a convertible, wear a sash and wave. There I was, plastic sunflowers in my hair, buckteeth and bifocals and all.

  10. I subscribe via email, and I won a pretty spectacular scholarship to go to space camp when I was in the 8th grade! It was a dream come true for me then, and the best thing I’ve ever won!

  11. Congrats on the new digs!
I’m a subscriber and would love that butcher cow for my “new to me” kitchen!

  14. Too bad I can’t win in Brazil! Those are chalk art pieces are cute. As for an award, I won a “Most likely to get stopped by the Fashion Police” from my co-workers. They loved my bright colors and prints =)

  15. i love the kermit one, but the amore one is a close second! i won the french award in high school, which is really pitiful because i am no good!

  16. Great artwork! I subscribe to you through Google Reader.

In high school, I received an award for having the Best Lipstick because I had a trick for setting after I had applied my lipstick. (I ran an ice cube over my lips.)

  17. I subscribe through Google reader. I won some school awards, can’t even remember what they were for, just that the award ceremony was so boring.

Congrats on the new house!, I can’t wait to see what you do!

  18. I fav’d Chris loves Julia on etsy and I love the fish drawing. It has all the colors in my re-design for my bedroom, black, grey and blue plus the pops of color.Gorgeous.

  22. I follow you through email AND Google Reader — never miss a blog post this way! I’ve won a few awards through school and through work, but nothing too exciting. Well, except for the days off that went with the work awards — that was pretty exciting for ME!

  23. ChrisLovesJulia is a cute site — can’t wait to see to see more of her work. So far my favorite is the fish drawing. Seems the most versatile and I love the intensity of the colors against the black background.

  26. I subscribe to your amazing blog! And I got an award for being the first kindergartener in the history of my school to climb to the top of the ropes in gym class. I was a super muscular little six year old girl, ha.

  27. I subscribe! My weirdest award was as a waitress in college one of my customers gave me a ‘waitress of the year’ trophy as a joke. I have it to this day!
Ps got and LOVE my prints!
