Married 12 years, our first dance was You’re the Inspiration by Chicago and, like you, we’ve never looked back, best decision of my life!
We eloped, so there was no first dance……but my sweetheart does dance me around the kitchen every once in awhile.
I subscribe! My favorite romantic song is “Romeo and Juliet” by Dire Straits, but I didn’t dance to it at my wedding. We chose “Everything”, by Michael Buble.

What a great giveaway! My husband and I didn’t have a wedding and reception (we just went to the courthouse) so we didn’t have a first dance. I’m hoping for maybe our 10 year anniversary we can have a big vow renewal with all the stuff- or maybe just friends, cake, dancing and pictures. “When you say nothing at all” is a nice romantic song I guess.

This would be such a great present for my husband for our 1st anniversary which is coming up! Our first dance was to “Fly Me to the Moon”, which was perfect since we’re both Aerospace Engineers…pretty nerdy, huh?
My husband, a pianist, is a HUGE Ben Folds fan. It only made sense that we’d choose The Luckiest by Ben Folds as our song. Believe it or not, though, we never danced to it! Even at our wedding, my husband refused to dance. We played Rock Band instead 😉

The song we danced to at our wedding was Loving Cup by The Rolling Stones…picked out by my hubs. It’s also the song on our dvd wedding montage.
I’m new here, but I’m completely wrapped up in house re-design because we (fiance and I) are planning on buying next year … After we get married this October! We’re using Green River Ordinance’s ‘Dancing Shoes’ as our first dance song 🙂
