  1. I am spray painting lanterns in my house to brighten up the color. Also beginning to plant in the garden.

  2. We’ve added fresh flowers to the house a couple of times this spring and we’re getting the yard all pretty!

  3. We are painting rooms – every single one, and planting flowers outside. Lots going on!
I love the painted birds! How cool! Thanks!

  4. We are in the middle of painting our entire home, inside. Also the fireplace is getting a redo. Can’t wait for it to be done to hang my pictures!

  5. Spring hasn’t really sprung in MN yet, but I’ve switch my nail polish colors to brights instead of darker winter hues. 😉

  6. The biggest thing we have done to get ready for spring, is to retile our tub/shower with bright white subway tiles. It has really helped brighten our tiny bathroom. Of course the week we did it the weather was gorgeous, and now that it’s done it is rainy again.

  7. We are buying fresh flowers for inside, wearing my colored skinnies, and just enjoying the sunshine!

  8. We have been opening the windows every chance we can and spending all of our time with the kids in the sandbox. Hooray for warmer weather! And hooray for this giveaway!

  9. i have been cleaning up the yard a little at a time- in between all the weekends filled with traveling soccer & softball games. plus here in MT…we have to wait for the weather to cooperate…we don’t plant until after june 1…learned that lesson the hard way!

  10. I have been following you quite some time and just now started following on FB too. We just added a covered deck to the back of our house and now I am wanting to decorate the two walls. Thanks for so many great decorating ideas.

  11. I am on the hunt from some bright, fun pillows and lamp shades the brighten the living room. I also like to change out the pictures in frames for the seasons.

  12. I am switching out my pillows and blankets in the house…trying to lighten things up for Spring…can’t wait for permanent warm weather!

  13. I pulled out some of my less warm clothes so I’m starting to feel dressed a little springier and I’ve started weeding in the yard. Can’t wait for the really nice weather to finally show up!

  14. I’ve been bringing flowers & greens inside from the yard: lavendar, daffodils, Hawthorne, rosemary, and dutch iris! Also, layering with brighter colors! (Or not layering- it’s been in the 70’s here!)

  15. i love to buy flowers or pick my own to brighten up the house and opening the windows helps freshen up the house!

  16. Just found your blog and I love it! I’ve been adding a “spring” to my step by wearing all the spring clothes I can (despite the weather still being quite chilly here in New England). I’m determined to force it to get warm!

  17. I’ve started to get the garden ready for planting, did a bit of spring cleaning in the house and the best part is some fresh daffodils in my office.
